1. Definitions and Interpretation

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions:

• "Client", "You", and "Your" refers to you, the person logging on to this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions.
• "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company, Decodeinfy.
• "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.
• "Services" refers to web development, UI/UX design, marketing, and branding services provided by the Company.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Decodeinfy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Client Projects: Upon full payment of all fees associated with a project, we grant the Client a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables (website code, designs, graphics) for their intended business purpose. Decodeinfy retains the right to display the work in our portfolio.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to use the website or our services for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Republish material from Decodeinfy without permission.
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from Decodeinfy.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Decodeinfy.
• Transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

4. Payments and Refunds

For paid services (Web Development, UI/UX, etc.), the following general terms apply unless a specific contract states otherwise:

• Quotations: Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
• Deposits: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences on any project.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, prior to the release of final files or website launch.
• Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once work has commenced, except at the sole discretion of Decodeinfy.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Decodeinfy, nor any of its officers, directors, and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this website or our services. Decodeinfy shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website.

6. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the State of West Bengal, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes.
